Booking and payment for private person

To book / pay the port fee on the website Nordkosters Fiskehamnsförening.kosterhamn.se, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to make the payment of the port fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or Swish is required.

Booking of berth

The price includes rental of a berth, the booking fee and any (additional service) connection (incl. consumption) of electricity (6-16 amps).
Please note that all bookable berths are reserved 24 hours a day from 12:00 to 12:00, please respect the times.
Always state the actual size of your boat!If you block a berth other than the one you booked, you will also be liable for the blocked berth.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your place up to 48 hours before the booking starts and get your money back (excl. the booking fee). Follow the instructions in the confirmation email.

Booking and payment confirmation

Upon receipt of the confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. If the customer has paid the port fee and then regrets, the customer must immediately contact the port office for a refund of the paid port fee. If the port office is closed, the customer must contact the port as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. right of return and the right of withdrawal do not include already used port or electricity. Complaints, errors and complaints of purchase must be presented to the port's staff as soon as possible.

Liability for property / damage

We are not responsible for forgotten items or damage caused by outsiders.
